2. bring your spouse/significant other in to audtion with you as a duo (even though it worked for one - that was a rare exception). it's called "american IDOL" - not "american IDOLS".
3. fall to your knees as you sing passionately.
4. argue with the judges decision.
5. continue to argue with the judges decision.
6. sing whitney houston.
