Also, try speeding up to him and slamming on your brakes really hard so you get the squealing noise. They might notice that.
Interesting...you want people to take responsibility for their actions...but does that include after they run someone over for listening to music? Way harsh.
ya know - it would be one thing if the college students i nearly run over every day would pay attention as they cross the street with their ipods - but they don't. truth is - those without ipods don't pay much attention either. darn this campus with their "pedestrian right of way"...
obviously you don't understand sarcasm born out of frustration. but that's okay. i forgive you for lacking a sense of humor.
